Quality and environment integrated management policy

Since Romania became a member of the European Union , SC Arteca Jilava has established an integrated policy regarding the quality and environmental standards in accordance with SR EN ISO 9001:2001 and SR EN ISO 14001:2005

The objective for our company is the development, implementing and continues improvement of an integrated management system for both quality and environment in accordance with the standards mentioned in 2009.

S.C. ARTECA-JILAVA SA, a traditional manufacturer of technical rubber articles, engages in the integrated quality / environment policy to the followings:

• continuously to meet the customers requirements and applicable regulations
• permanently improve both the quality of performance in the industry and the environment
• to be present on the market of technical rubber products in on of the most favorable position compared to its competitors
• to work with optimal total costs, specific to the segment of the market
• to generate partnership relationships with a the sense of confidence and stability
• permanently to improve the production technology , the processes and the staff capabilities and skills , in order to increase the customer satisfaction and to efficiently reduce costs.
• to initiate actions on the harmonizing of national regulations with European and international regulations
• to pursue further training and assessment of the staff to ensure that qualification requirements at a high required level
• respect the references standards SR EN ISO 9001:2001, SR EN ISO 14001:2005
• to follow the decrees even elimination of significant impacts resulting from the activities, processes or services performed by the organization to prevent environmental pollution.
• to consider increasing the satisfaction of neighbors and the local community about our environmental performance.
